  • When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 1-2  BUSINESS DAYS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or massage.


  • Where does my order ship from and how long will the shipping take?

There are overseas warehouses of ours in USA and Europe. We will choose the nearest warehouse to deliver the package for you according to your location. The delivery will be 2-10 days. However, if the product you have ordered is currently unavailable in your location, it will ship from China, which usually spends 3-4 weeks for the delivery.
For orders from Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, Australia and some other countries or regions not mentioned, your orders will ship from China, which usually spends one month for the delivery.

 

  • Why there is no tracking number/information for my order?

For deliveries from overseas warehouses in USA and Europe, you will receive the tracking number updated email or message in 1-3 days after your order shipped.
For deliveries from China warehouse, you will receive the tracking number updated along with your order shipping confirmation email or message. The tracking information will be updated as soon as the package arrives at the transit facility.

  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email sales@geoknife.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been shipped. However, you should still be able to update your address on the USPS website.


  • I want to purchase from you but I cannot place an order successfully.

Our products can only be delivered to certain countries or regions. There are some countries/regions we can ship to but an order on our website is currently unavailable. If you want to buy our products but cannot place an order in your countries or regions, please email us sales@geoknife.com to confirm if we can ship to your country/region.  For some remote areas, additional shipping fees may be required.

 

  • I seem to have placed an order and paid, but there is no either an order number or an order confirmation email/SMS.

We have warehouses in both the USA and Europe, from which we can ship the items to local customers. However, only the products stored in local warehouse can be shipped to local customers. If this issue proposed above happened to you, the product you purchase might be out of stock in the warehouse located in your country/region. Feel free to email us sales@geoknife.com with any of your concerns or questions.

 

  • Why is my order unfulfilled?

No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled / Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!


  • Do I need to pay import taxes?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and / or shipping total. GEO KNIFE store is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Please note, GEO KNIFE store is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.


  • My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and / or post office for more information in the meantime!
