Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer an exclusive 10-Day Exchange & Refund Policy. Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the delivery note. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a defective item was found within 10 days, users can apply for a refund or replacement, and we're fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for the replacement.
